Gunpowder green tea combined with organic peppermint and spearmint creates a delicious, vitalising, refreshing blend. Don't be afraid to add a little raw sugar; it's tradition.

Traditional to the Greater Maghreb region (the northwest African countries of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, and Mauritania). Its popularity has spread throughout North Africa, parts of the Sahel, France, Spain, the Arab world, and the Middle East.

Cool Breeze, Inner Lions Den, also makes delicious iced tea. Simply brew, add sugar to taste and decant into a glass bottle to keep in the fridge. Add ice and generous mint leaf garnish on serving, and optionally, a slice of lime or lemon to taste.
