Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our HQ in Byron Bay, NSW, Australia.

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped the following Monday.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, NSW, or national holidays.

All orders are shipped with tracking and a Signature on Delivery.

Australian destinations are shipped exclusively with MailPlus / Startrack Premium. We ship with Startrack Premium shipping to provide an enhanced client experience and ensure speedy delivery, high-quality support, and dependability from pick-up to delivery.

Shipping operators may experience delays due to holidays or disruptions. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible if your order may require additional time. Please allow for extra transit days for delivery.

We use biodegradable, recycled or recyclable packaging materials whenever possible.

Authority to Leave & Signature on Delivery

All shipments from Amac HQ are delivered with Signature on Delivery to ensure the protection of your package and to confirm it reaches the correct recipient.

If you prefer to have your shipment left in a safe place, you have the option to authorise Startrack to do so.

Please note that once this authorisation is provided, any incidents or issues that occur after the package is left at your specified location will not be the responsibility of Startrack or Amac HQ.

Undelivered or missing parcels

If your order is delayed, an attempted delivery was made, or the status of your order appears as ‘delivered’ but your order is missing, please get in touch with the assigned carrier for assistance.

International Shipping

New Zealand: AUD 45 Express Shipping flat rate.

Asia: AUD 60 Express Shipping flat rate.

North America: AUD 60 flat rate.

Europe: AUD 60 flat rate.

We ship via Australia Post Express for all International destinations.

Allow 2-3 weeks for international deliveries.

Delivery times are dependent on customs, shipping, and local postal services.

Estimated delivery times exclude customs or other delays in the destination country.

Duties and Taxes
All prices include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). This will be deducted at the checkout for all International orders.

International orders may incur duties, taxes, or clearance charges in the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Address 
Please double-check that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and up to date. 

Any orders that are deemed undeliverable and subsequently returned to our headquarters due to address errors will be the responsibility of the buyer. This includes covering the costs associated with reshipping an order.

To avoid any inconvenience or additional expenses, please review the shipping address carefully before finalising your order.

Return Policy

Amac HQ is an artist-run small business. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch directly at hello@amachq.com

We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items.

We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, and any return shipping fees will be at your own cost. Additional shipping fees will be charged for exchanges.

Tea
Tea must be unopened and returned in its original packaging, withits original seals intact. For product safety requirements, we cannot accept exchanges of tea that has been opened and partially consumed.

Books
Books must be sealed, unopened, undamaged and returned in their original packaging.

Artwork
Artwork and jewellery are handmade, sold as described and shown. All sales are final and non-refundable except for defective, faulty, or incorrect items. Handmade quirks are considered features, not flaws or faults.

Apparel
Apparel must be returned in its original, new, unworn, unwashed condition, with all tags still attached, in original packaging.

Lost Parcel

If a parcel is lost due to a shipping service error, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.

If the receiver has authorised Authority to Leave, AmacHQ is not responsible for lost packages that have been identified by the Shipper as delivered.
